Shaolin Warrior Martial Arts is a Kung Fu school located in San Jose, California. We offer martial arts classes for kids & adults. Curriculum includes Shaolin Kung Fu training, Tai Chi, self-defense, kickboxing, sparring, and more. Training comprises of basic Shaolin forms, weapons handling and others. We emphasize on practice of both internal and external skills. Internal skills are based on the exercise of body channels which helps strengthen organs.
